ORDER

Bail application filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C

2. The petitioners are the father in law and mother in law respectively of the de facto complainant, who are involved in crime No.1165/2015 of Valappad Police Station registered under Sections 498(A) of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Heard both the sides.

4. The prosecution case is that, the petitioners treated the de facto complainant cruelly and harassed her for dowry.

5. Considering the nature of allegations, pre arrest bail is granted with the following conditions.

1. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on their executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the investigating

Bail Appl. No.6565 of 2015 officer.

3. The petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

4. The petitioners shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses, nor shall they tamper with the evidence.

5. The petitioner shall co-operate with investigation of the case.

In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with law without referring the matter to this Court.
