ORDER

Application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioners are accused in Crime No.572 of 2015 of Peechi Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 324, 326 and 308 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. They are booked for allegedly attacking the defacto complainant on 22.04.2015 at 9.00 p.m. by using a sword and other weapons.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were arrested on 06.10.2015.

Learned Prosecutor opposed the bail application. She contended that the first accused is involved in two other offences of identical nature and he is also involved in a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further, he was convicted under the provisions of the Arms Act. Second accused was also a previous convict under the Arms Act. Third accused was also involved in two other crimes of

BA No.6571/2015 same nature and also in a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the nature of offences, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Bail application is dismissed. Sd/- A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
