Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.970 of 2014 of Keezhvaipur Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 457, 461, 380 and 411 r/w Section 34 of the India Penal Code. 3.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that second accused in this case has been released on bail as per order dated 26.10.2015 in B.A.No.6465 of 2015. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegations, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with the following same conditions: (a) The petitioners shall be released on bail on their executing a bond for `5,00,000/-

(Rupees five lakhs only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Thiruvalla.

(b) The sureties shall be the persons permanently residing in the State of Kerala and shall produce documents to establish their identity and solvency.

(c) The petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation between 09.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on every Monday and Thursday until the final report is filed.

(d) The petitioners shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses, nor shall he tamper with the evidence.

(e) The petitioners shall not involve in any other offence during the period of bail.

In case of violation of any of the above

conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with law without referring the matter to this Court.
