JUDGMENT
This criminal appeal is filed against an order in S.T.67/99 of the Chief Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kollam. The Enforcement Officer, Office of the Provident Fund Inspector, Kollam preferred a complaint before the Chief Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kollam for violation of certain provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act. On 6.8.02 the complainant was absent, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate acquitted the accused under Section 256(1) Cr.P.C. After filing this appeal several opportunities were given to the appellant for taking steps against the 1st respondent in the correct address. Since the matter is pending before this court from the year 2003 onwards, no meaning in continuing this matter further. I find no illegality in the order. Hence this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
