Bail application filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.249 of 2013 of Pariyaram Medical College Police station registered for the offence punishable under Sec.15(1)(a) read with Sec.15(4) of the Kerala Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 2007. The case is now pending as C.C. No.367 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Payyannur.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the bail application contending that the petitioner is involved in 18 other cases. Subsequent to the passing of the prohibitory order under the Kerala Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, he has involved in eight other cases. It is also alleged that the petitioner violated the
Bail Appl. No.6619 of 2015 2 prohibitory orders and entered the District and committed the offences thereafter.
