Petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of Eloor Police in an unknown crime.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Eloor police has not registered any crime against the petitioner. This submission is recorded. In case, he is made an accused, the Investigating Officer shall issue notice to the petitioner under Section 41A Cr.P.C in this matter.
