2. Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.482 of 2011 of Koratty Police station registered for the offences punishable under Secs.417 and 420 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application. It is submitted that the accused abstained from Court and the case has been transferred to register of long pending cases and is now pending as L.P. No.164 of 2012 of the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Chalakudy. It is also submitted that the case is posted to 14.12.2015.
