Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.1127 of 2014 of Alappuzha North Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 294(b), 326, 447 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard both sides.

It is seen from the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Alappuzha in Crl.M.P.No.4664 of 2014, that the plea for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was considered on 04.12.2014, and he was directed to surrender on or before 10.12.2014 for interrogation. Certain directions are also given in the bail order. The petitioner has approached this Court again with a second application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. It is clear that the learned Sessions Judge has considered the matter and appropriate orders have been

Considering the nature of the order, I am of the view that the second application is not maintainable. If he could not comply with the conditions in the bail order for valid reasons, he may convince the Sessions Judge and seek appropriate orders.
With this observations, the bail application is dismissed.
