Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the petitioner is not an accused as of now in crime No.1099 of 2015 of Kadathuruthy Police Station, Crime No.1001 of 2015 of Ambalapuzha Police Station and Crime No.953 of 2015 of Puchakkal Police Station. These submissions are recorded. In case he is made an accused in any of the said cases, the Investigating Officer shall issue notice to the petitioner under Section 41A Cr.P.C in this matter.
