Learned Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the petitioner is not an accused as of now in crime No.1262 of 2015 of Ochira Police Station, Crime No.1316 of 2015 of Vaikkom Police Station and Crime No.1792 of 2015 of Chalakudy Police Station. This submissions are recorded. In case, he is made accused, the Investigating Officer shall issue notice to the petitioner under Section 41A Cr.P.C in this matter.
