Application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2.

Petitioners are accused No.2 and 3 in Crime No.2160 of 2015 of Chavara Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 and 406 r/w Section 34 I.P.C and also Section 31 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. 3.

Heard both sides.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after investigation, final report has already been filed before the court. I find no reason to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners at this stage. Therefore, the petitioners shall approach the appropriate court and move for regular bail.
