2. Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Sulthan Bathery Police and he pleads that he is not aware of the crime number.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application contending that the petitioner is involved in three crimes and without specifying the crime number, the bail application cannot be entertained.

5. The contention is sustained.

Therefore, the bail application is dismissed as not maintainable.
