ORDER
Application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2.
Petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.884/2011 of East Kallada Police Station in Kollam District pending as Crime No.399/CR/HHWI/2013 of CBCID, Hurt and Homicide Wing, Kollam.

Prosecution case, in short, is that a girl child aged 14 years belonging to Scheduled Caste community committed suicide in a hostel belonging to a Church in which the petitioner is working as a warden.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the petitioner is not an accused as of now in the above crime. This submission is recorded. In case she is made an
