ORDER

Application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2.

Petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.305 of 2011 of Tirur Police Station registered for offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324 and 308 r/w Section 149 I.P.C. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was initially released on bail and later he absconded from the court. The matter is now pending before the Sessions Court after committal Considering the nature of allegations, I do not find reason to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Hence, following directions are issued :

The petitioner shall surrender before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and thereafter the petitioner shall move for bail
