Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the accused in Crime Nos.971 of 2015 & 943 of of 2015 of Kurathikadu Police Station. In both cases he is involved in an offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner committed two chain snatchings and thereby guilty of the said offence.

Heard both sides.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in both cases investigation has been completed and final reports have been filed before the court having jurisdiction.

At this stage of the matter, I do not deem it fit to consider the bail application, especially when the allegation is that he is involved in 3 crimes of a similar nature. Hence, the following directions are issued:
B.A.Nos.7237 & 7242 of 2015 The petitioner, if advised, can approach for bail the court wherein the matter is pending. In that event, the court below shall consider the bail application on merits.
