3. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is not involved in any crime registered by Perumbavoor Police. It is submitted that only a petition enquiry is pending in the Police Station.

4. In case, the petitioner is made an accused in any case, the Station House Officer shall issue notice under Section 41(A) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the petitioner.

With these observations, the Bail Application is closed.
