ORDER
Application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1015 of 2015 of Thrissur Town West Police Station registered for offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(a) read with Section 4 & 5(j)(ii) read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Now the matter is pending in S.C.No.646 of 2015 before the Additional Sessions Court, Thrissur. He seeks bail. 3.
Heard both sides.

Learned Prosecutor opposed the bail application. She submitted that the matter stands posted to 21.12.2015 for framing charge. Petitioner is the sole accused in the case. He is in custody from 15.06.2015 onwards.
Considering the nature of allegations and the stage of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the application at this stage. Petitioner may approach the Sessions Court where the matter is pending
BA No.7321/2015 for appropriate orders.
