Bail application filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.190 of 2015 of Chakkarakkal Police station registered for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 341, 427, 324, 452, 436 and 307 read with Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code and Secs.3 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act. Prosecution case in short is that, on 25.02.2015 at about 5.30 hours, the petitioner along with other accused persons, as members of an unlawful assembly armed with deadly weapons and country bombs, trespassed into a party office and destroyed the door, window panes etc. They hurled bombs inside the office and created a terrific situation.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

5. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail

Bail Appl. No.7348 of 2015 2 application. There are allegations that the petitioner hurled bombs in the incident.

6. Learned Sessions Judge considered the earlier application submitted by the petitioner and dismissed the same for valid reasons. I do not find any reason to deviate from the view taken by the learned Sessions Judge.
