2. Petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of Peruvanomoozhy Police in Crime No.108 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in this case. This was the submission in the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner before this Court as B.A. No.4680 of 2015. The very same stand is taken by the prosecution in this case also.

Accordingly, the bail application is closed.
