ORDER

Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

Petitioner filed this application apprehending arrest in Crime No.712 of 2015 of Perambra Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 419 and 420 r/w Section 34 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the defacto complainant and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 2nd December, 2015. Therefore, the application has become infructuous.
