ORDER
Application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2.
Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.472 of 2015 of Kodungallur Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 409, 415, 418 and 120(b) r/w Section 34 I.P.C. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

At the material time, the petitioner was working as the Branch Manager of the evening branch of the Kodungallur Town Co-operative Bank. Allegation is that she without the consent of the account holder issued the bank statement for a period of one month to the second accused in the crime.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that second accused was the former President of the Samajam in whose name the account was held. It is the private complaint forwarded for investigation. Considering the nature of allegations, following
B.A. No.7463 of 2015 2 directions are made :
1. Petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer within a period of two weeks from today and submit herself for interrogation. In that event, she shall be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

The sureties shall produce documents to establish their identity and solvency. The Investigating Officer need not insist on the solvency certificate, but other documents can also be perused to find out whether the sureties are solvent or not.
The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer as an when directed.
4. Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate witnesses.
5. If any of the above conditions is violated by the petitioner, the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction is free to cancel the bail.
