Petitioners are accused in Crime No.1268 of 2015 of Parassala Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners apprehend arrest in that crime.

First accused is the husband of the defacto complainant. Accused 2 to 4 are the family members of the first accused. Marriage of the defacto complainant with the first accused was on 12.09.2014. Thereafter, bickering started and the complaint was filed.

Heard both sides.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that on 17.11.2015 final report has been filed in this matter. 6.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that final report has been filed before the competent court, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

B.A.Nos.7474 & 7477 of 2015 The petitioners shall free to move for regular bail before the concerned court and in that event, the court shall consider the application on merits as expeditiously as possible preferable on the date filing itself.
