Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Accused in Crime No.1673/2015 of Kilimanoor Police Station registered under Sections 294(b), 341 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case in short is that, on 15-11-2015 at about 2.30 p.m, the de facto complainant, a Civil Police Officer, entered a shop and made enquiries regarding an absconding accused. At that time, the petitioner caught hold of him on shirt and abused him. He pulled the de facto complainant down and thereby obstructed to his official duty.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender.
5. Learned Prosecutor opposed the bail application. She submitted that he is involved in other offences and
B.A.No.7490 of 2015 -:2:- he is a person figuring in the rowdy list of the Police Station. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant any pre-arrest order in this application.
The bail Application is dismissed.
