Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.1850 of 2015 of Taliparamba Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326 and 506 (i) r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that on 22.10.2015 at about 12.20 hours while the defacto complainant and his relatives were returning home after attending a function, the accused attacked the defacto complainant with a folded knife on his nose. He sustained nasal bone fracture in this incident.

Heard both sides.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application. It is submitted that the first accused (petitioner) has named in the F.I.S. Other man has to be

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, this bail application is dismissed. Sd/- A.HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
