2. Common questions of fact and law arise in these cases. Hence they are heard together.

Petitioner is the accused in both the cases. Originally the crimes were registered in Alathur and Kongad Police Stations. Now, CBCID has taken over investigation. Crime numbers are as follows:- CBCID Cr.798/CR/EOW-II/KTM/11 (Crime No.243 of 2011 of Kongad Police Station and CBCID Cr.796/CR/EOWII/KTM/11 (Crime No.365 of 2011 of Alathur Police Station). The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 and Sections 45(s) and 58(B) of the RBI Act.

Heard both sides.

After hearing the leaned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and also considering the order passed by this Court as per order dated 10.12.2015 in B.A.No.7675 of 2015 and 7703 of 2015, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following same conditions: (a) The petitioner shall surrender before the Investigating Officer within a period of 'two weeks' from today and submit himself for interrogation. Thereafter, he shall be released on bail on executing a bond for `25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
(b) The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on all Saturdays between 10.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m. until the final report is filed.
(c) The petitioner shall co-operate with the
investigation of the case.
(d) The petitioner shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses.
(e) The petitioner shall not in any manner interfere or meddle with the investigation.
(f) The petitioner shall not, during the period of this bail get involved in any offence.
In case any of the above conditions is violated, bail granted hereby is liable to be cancelled for which the investigating officer may move application before the jurisdictional magistrate.
