O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioners are alleged to have committed for the offences under Sections 326, 323, 294(b) read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that they attacked the victim with a piece of road metal causing injuries to his scrotum. The learned counsel submits that the allegations are false and the nature of the injury is not serious. 4.

Heard.

The wound certificate shows that the victim sustained injury on scrotum. There was a lacerated wound on the left hemiscrotum. There is no doubt that he was cruelly attacked with a weapon. Having regard to these facts I am inclined to take the view that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

In the result this application is dismissed.
