-------------------------------------- B.A. No.7576 of 2015 -------------------------------------- Dated this the 4th day of December, 2015
ORDER
Application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2.
Petitioners are accused 1 to 3 in Pavaratty Police Station Crime No.2272 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 323, 324 and 308 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code. They seek bail.
3.
Heard both sides.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners are in custody from 30.10.2015 onwards.
5.
Learned Prosecutor strongly opposed the bail application. She contended that after investigation a final report has been filed on 21.11.2015. Further, the petitioners are involved in two-three crimes of grave nature. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to consider the bail application at this stage.
Bail application is dismissed.
