Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.370 of 2014 of the Kasaragod Police Station.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, to his knowledge, Final Report has been filed in the matter.

4. Matters being so, the petitioners shall surrender before the court below and seek bail. In the event of filing such an application, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the same, on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice is served on the concerned Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.

With the said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
