Petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.1276/2015 of Kuthiathode Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 294(a), 354, 451 and 506 r/w Section 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that subsequent investigation revealed that the petitioner is not involved in the crime. Hence, his name has been removed from the array of accused. Submission is recorded. The bail application is closed.
