ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners apprehend arrest by Pulikeezhu Police on an accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence. Pulikeezhu Police repeatedly came to the house of the petitioners and directed them to report at the Police Station. In such a circumstance, the petitioners have preferred this petition for anticipatory bail.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that no case has been registered by Pulikeezhu Police against the petitioners. Therefore, the apprehension of the

In the light of the submissions so made by the learned Public Prosecutor, this petition does not survive.
