ORDER
Bail application filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.
2. The petitioners are the accused nos. 1 and 2 in crime no. 3427/2015 of Kaladi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 506(i), 498 (A), and 34 of IPC.
3. It is alleged by the de facto complainant that, after marriage they treated her cruelly and harassed her.
4. Heard both sides.
5. Considering the nature of allegations, The bail application is allowed with following conditions. (a) Petitioners shall surrender before the Investigating Officer within a period of 'two weeks' from today and submit themselves for interrogation. Thereafter, they shall be released on bail on their executing a bond for `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of
Bail Appl. No.7711 of 2015 the Investigating Officer.
(b) The petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of interrogation.
(c) The petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation of the case.
(d) The petitioners shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses.
In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with law without referring the matter to this Court.
