ORDER

Application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 2.

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1385 of 2015 of Pulikeezhu Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 308, 506(ii), 324 and 326 I.P.C. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Defacto complainant is the brother of the petitioner. Prosecution case, in short, is that on 19-10-2015 at about 7.30 p.m., accused attacked the defacto complainant and his wife with a chopper and they sustained fracture on the skull. 5.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has already been filed in this case. At this stage of matter, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Hence,

B.A. No.7845 of 2015 2 following directions are made :

The petitioner shall surrender before the court concerned and move for bail. In that event, the court shall consider the matter expeditiously and pass appropriate orders.
