Bail application filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioners are accused in Crime No.1866 of Vadakkanchery Police Station, Palakkad District registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 308 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. On 07/11/2015, at 20:30 hours, the accused persons attacked the de facto complainant and his brother with iron pipe and caused injuries.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is a counter case registered in connection with the incident as Crime No. 1869/2015 by the same police. The injuries born out from the

wound certificate show that they are not very serious. The weapons used have been recovered. Hence the following directions are issued :

1. The petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer within a period of two weeks and submit himself for interrogation.

2. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on their executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the investigating officer.

3. The petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer on all Saturdays between 10.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m. until the final report is filed.

4. The petitioners shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses, nor

shall he tamper with the evidence.

5. The petitioners shall not in any manner interfere or meddle with the investigation.

6.

Petitioners shall not, during the period of this bail get involved in any offence.

In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with law without referring the matter to this Court.
