ORDER
Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1344 of 2015 of Mala Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that on 17.11.2015 at 2.15 p.m., petitioner with an intention to commit murder of the brother of the defacto complainant wrongfully restrained the victim and chopped on his right hand below the chest and on the back side of his neck with a chopper. The victim sustained grave injuries.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner surrendered on 26.11.2015.

Learned Prosecutor opposed the application. She contended that the petitioner is involved in 14 cases of grave magnitude.
BA No.7895/2015 Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Application is dismissed. A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
