O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners have allegedly committed the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC. The prosecution case is that they used the TIN number allotted to another person under the Sales Tax Act and thereby committed the offences mentioned above.

3. Heard.

4. The petitioners have no case that they were allotted any number by the Sales Tax Authorities. So, prima facie they have committed the offences alleged against them. This is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

In the result, this application is dismissed. Sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW, JUDGE DST //True copy// P.A. To Judge
