ORDER

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with C.C. No.502/2012 of Judicial first Class Magistrate's Court, Kattappana for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 324 read with Section 34 of the I.P. C. According to the petitioner, he was out of station and he was not present here and presently he is apprehending arrest in connection with the above. It is for the petitioner to appear before the court below and seek for regular bail. All the offences are bailable. In case of surrender, and on filing an application seeking bail, the court below shall dispose of such an application filed by the

B.A.8157/2014 petitioner, on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice is served on the Assistant Public Prosecutor, in charge of the case. With the above said observations this bail application is disposed of.
