Petition for anticipatory bail.

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.220/2009 of the Pathanamthitta Police Station.

Heard. The investigating officer has filed a report stating that the petitioner has not so far been arraigned as an accused in the crime. If the police want to arrest the petitioner, in connection with any non-bailable offence relating to the incident in this case, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court once again, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
