Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No. 1022 of 2014 of Kunnamangalam Police Station registered for the offences under sections 420 and 468 of IPC. The allegation is that the petitioners fabricated a letter head of Indian Institute of Spice Research Centre and using it promised jobs in the institute and collected money from several persons.

4. The documents relied on by the prosecution show that the petitioners printed the letter heads of Indian Institute of Spice Research Centre and made use of it to collect money from certain persons promising them jobs at the centre. The specific allegation against the second petitioner is that he also collected money from those who wanted job. The payments were made through his bank account also. Prima facie, both the petitioners have committed the offences alleged against them. They are not entitled to get an order under section 438 Cr.P.C.
