According to the petitioners, they apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No.782/2013 of Mannanthala Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 465 read with Sec.34 of IPC. The learned Public Prosecutor has filed the report of the investigation officer, which shows that the investigation is over and the Final Report has already been filed by the investigating officer before the court below. Matters being so, the petitioner can approach the court below with an application for regular bail, and in such case, the Court below shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

This bail application is closed accordingly.
