Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with some non bailable offences. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioners so far and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioners under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences. Matters being so, the apprehension put forwarded by the petitioners cannot be said to be reasonable.

5. In case, the Police want to arrest the petitioners in

B.A. No.8578 of 2014 connection with any non bailable offence involved in this case, the petitioners shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

With the said observation, this bail application is disposed of.
