Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the police on the accusation that he has committed some offences in respect of an immovable property.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that Udayamperoor police had registered a Crime No. 1184 of 2014 against him. But it has been referred as the dispute was of a civil nature. A report has been filed before the court concerned to that effect. So, the petitioner need not apprehend arrest and detention. In the result, this application is dismissed. Sd/- K.
