Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 798/2014 of Changaramkulam Police Station, Malappuram. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Investigating Officer has reported that the petitioner has not been so far arraigned as an accused in the crime. In case the Police wants to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non-bailable offence in this case, he shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
