2. According to the petitioner, she is apprehending arrest in connection with some non bailable offences in Crime No.1652 of 2014 of the Palluruthy Police station.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that even though, the crime was registered for the offences punishable under Secs.341, 323 and 326 IPC, presently, there are only bailable offences in the matter as Sec.326 IPC has been deleted. Matters being so, the petitioner can move for regular bail before the Court below.
