Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1504/2014 of the Aranmula Police Station.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that so far the Police could not identify the actual accused involved in this case. Presently, the petitioners are not arraigned as accused in this case.

4. In case, the Police wants to arrest the petitioners in connection with any non bailable offence involved in this case, the petitioners shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

B.A. No.8788 of 2014 With the said observation, this bail application is dismissed.
