Petition for anticipatory bail.

Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.779/2014 of the Vellarada Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with the above said crime.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, reported that the investigation of this case is over and the Final Report has already been filed on 30.09.2014 by the investigating officer before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-III, Neyyattinkara. Matters being so, the petitioner can approach the court below with an application for regular bail, and in such case, the Court below shall
B.A.No.9016 of 2014 -: 2 :- dispose of the same, preferably on the same day itself and pass appropriate orders on it, in accordance with law. With the above said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
