It seems that the investigation was over and the final report was filed in the matter and the case was numbered as C.C.878/2004 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Parappanangadi. As the petitioner was absconding, the case against him was split up and it was entered in the Long Pending Register. This is not a fit case wherein anticipatory bail can be granted to the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. In case of such an application, the court
