According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1556 of 2014 of the Nedumangad Police Station.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation of this case is over and the Final Report has already been filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Nedumangad on 06.12.2014. Matters being so, the petitioner can seek regular bail from the court below. In the event of filing such an application, the court below shall dispose of the same, preferably on the same day itself. With the said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
