~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with a non bailable offence relating to the seizure of ganja. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the petitioner is a known goonda, who is a rowdy within the local limits of Pala Police Station and many other police stations, and he is accused in more than 20 criminal cases. Apart from that, he has not been arraigned as an accused in a case relating to seizure of ganja as the one noted in the petition. Matters being so, the apprehension of the petitioner is not reasonable and this bail application is, therefore, dismissed.
