According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.308 of 2014 of the Koduvally Police Station.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that the investigation of this case is over. The Final Report has already been filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Thamarassery on 25.10.2014 and the same is presently pending as C.P.No.86 of 2014. In such circumstances, it is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. In such case, the court

B.A. No.9208 of 2014 below shall dispose of the application, preferably on the same day itself.

With the said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
