Petitioners are 2nd and 3rd accused in Crime No. 1684 of 2014 of Kalamassery Police Station. They are alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 452 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that final report has already been filed, which means that the investigation is over and they need not be detained for investigation. They may approach the learned Magistrate for bail.
